Plant Monitoring

After quality control, downtime and scrap are probably your main concerns on a daily basis. Do you have multiple machines to track? Are you still using hand written sheets that need compiled at the end of each shift? We can create custom tv, pc, tablet, and remote monitoring solutions to track machine status, cumulative scrap, and down time by category. We can even integrate your paging system so that a current queue can be displayed as well as history review to identify problem machines or specific faults.

Sequence Changes

Is there a machine that does what you want it to but you need it to run faster? We can analyze the program for potential cycle time reduction while still keeping in mind quality control for things such as last operation.

Robots

They show up for work every day, never call off sick or take vacation. They don’t require health benefits either, but sometimes it can be quite a challenge to work with your robots. Without expert programmers on staff the simple task of resetting the robot or moving it to a position to work on can lead to a crash or other issues. Let us help train your staff. We are experienced at creating operator instructions for job changeover and quick reference for maintenance personal on how to move or reset the robot safely. We will even create short videos that can be played on a PC or even some HMI’s so your team is setup for success.
